Homewood Suites by Hilton Augusta

Love love love. The way the staff make you feel very welcomed. Jasmine was the best. She was very attentive to my nerds. Love her service and her personality. Staff always made sure that I had clean sheets and towels daily. The breakfast was really good and fresh every morning. I will return with my family and would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler coming to Augusta.

When I tell you the woman T at the front desk saved our family, she saved us from driving in a terrible storm. We are traveling from Maryland to Florida and stop to stay the night. If she wasn't so friendly when I stopped to grab coffee. We would have headed out not thinking twice. She informed us that there was a storm deliberately over the way to our destination for the next 4 hours. We decided to stay one more night. And all of the staff was more than accommodating for my family and myself. So thankful for T and everyone that made the stay feel like home. From the food to the cleanliness, not to mention the hospitality. So blessed to have stayed here when we did.

This place is great the workers are so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed everything about this place. The only bad thing is that they have a person in the dining room every morning who thinks they own the TV and throws fits if they can't control the TV. So no weather, no news, only infomercials. This person has been here for over a month, so I think they are permanent.

They were remodeling while I was there, so I am discounting the noise from the work, they they did stop the noise around 5 or 6 each day. 5 star on the strength of the staff who were really great to talk to. It is an older property. Rooms and service are standard for Homewood Suites. The blackout window curtains do not close all the way, which was annoying. Also, the wals are thinner that normal, so you can hear the people above/below/around you having normal conversations. Location was convenient to a ton of restaurants and the highway.

We were visiting from Arkansas and this was a GREAT home away from home! Convenient to everything, great breakfast, great room, and EXCELLENT service. From Keondra’s welcome to the entire staff always saying, “let me know if you need anything,” we felt well taken care of! This is now our go-to stay whenever we visit Augusta!

Very nice staff. Tiena at the front desk was excellent. I was there for a week for a family emergency, she was empathetic and very competent as were much of the staff. I was given a quiet, clean suite. Parking lot is well lit at night with many spots available. The breakfast was always stocked and clean with 24hr coffee/tea available. The sundries grocer had a good selection. My room was cleaned even when I forgot to request it (I was there a week). Clean towels, appliances, tub, everything in good working order. The pool was clean, and on hot days, practically empty. I stayed at a competing hotel near there recently which was dismal in comparison. I felt safe at Homewood and got a good night's sleep.

We stayed here for a month on business and the suite was great. They had a nice kitchen with everything you need and a big refrigerator. They also had a nice selection for breakfasts and kept changing it up so you didn't get tired of it, even after a month. We also brought our two cats and the staff was kind enough to give us a room not too close to anyone else and next to a door. They were also very helpful when scheduling cleanings so we had ample time to get the cats out. Overall this was a great place to stay with staff that goes above and beyond. P.S. The Wednesday social was a nice surprise that kept the stay fun

Great location, near interstate and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel is nicely kept , clean rooms with a full kitchen. Hotel provides with nice breakfast, Wednesdays socials with snacks and drinks . Staff is great. Recommended this hotel.
